We are a local transportation service based in Polk County, Florida, proudly serving Bartow and surrounding communities.
Justin's Taxi Service Inc does not accept “street hails” like traditional yellow cabs. All rides must be pre-arranged by phone, online booking form, or approved partners.

All airport transportation is pre-arranged and follows our approved flat-rate structure.
Fare Policy
Justin’s Taxi Service Inc maintains a transparent and reliable pricing structure. All fares are pre-calculated within our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system prior to passengers embarking on their trips.
Justin's Taxi Service Inc DOES NOT use standard mechanical taxi meters or electronic taxi meters, and we DO NOT operate using street hails or curbside flagging. All services are pre-arranged only.
Standard Taxi Rates
- Base Fare / Minimum Fare: $15.00 for the first 1–5 miles within a single ZIP code.
- Distance Charge After 5 Miles: $2.55 per mile.
- Wait Time: $1.25 per minute after the first 30 minutes of waiting.
Senior Transportation Rate (55+)
- Base Senior Rate: $10.00 for the first 5 miles.
- Distance Charge After 5 Miles: $1.275 per mile.
- Wait Time: $1.25 per minute after the first 30 minutes.
Senior Rates apply to riders age 55 and older. Identification may be requested at pickup.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Rates
Justin’s Taxi Service Inc provides NEMT services based on the following structure:
- Base NEMT Rate: $15.00 for the first 5 miles.
- Distance Charge After 5 Miles: $2.55 per mile.
- Wait Time: $1.25 per minute after the first 30 minutes.
All NEMT trips are pre-calculated in our CAD system prior to pickup. Some trips may fall under healthcare transportation regulations or contractual guidelines.
Airport Transportation
Airport transportation is a prepared, pre-arranged service with flat rates determined by local and state regulation. Flat-rate quotes are provided in advance at the time of booking.

Meghan D. Jackson serves as Co-Owner and Chief Administrative Officer. She is also a full-time Third Grade Teacher with Polk County Public Schools, bringing over 15 years of educational and administrative experience to the company.
David Ronan – Land Mobile Radio Systems Manager
Advanced Wireless Technologies, Inc.
David oversees the company’s Motorola two-way radio communications system and brings public-safety-grade expertise from his background as a Firefighter.
